Body image therapy — because hating yourself is f*cking exhausting.

Virtual therapy anywhere in California.

Go from sucking in your stomach every time someone touches you, cropping yourself out of photos, and trash-talking your reflection on loop…

… to eating the damn taco, getting laid with the lights on, and finally living your life without body hate running the show.

Zoë Ogulnick, Ph.D., LMFT featured on therapy site specializing in body image healing.

I use tools that actually work — no bullsh*t affirmations, no toxic positivity. We dig into where the hate started, call out the cultural crap you’ve been fed, and reframe how you see yourself.

→ More years wasted in the “I’ll be happy when…” trap.

→ Missing out on relationships, sex, or fun because of body shame.

→ Anxiety spirals every time someone pulls out a camera.

→ Another summer spent hiding in oversized clothes instead of enjoying your life.

A few of the ideas we’ll explore …

  • → You don’t have to “love your body” — you just have to stop being such an a$$hole to it.

  • → Body neutrality beats the “rah-rah self-love” bullsh*t any day.

  • → Eating the pizza does not undo your entire life.

  • → Body conscious during sex? Hard pass. Let that sh*t go.

  • → Confidence isn’t dropping two sizes — it’s showing up like you give zero f*cks.

  • → No matter what the tabloids said, Britney Spears wasn’t fat.

  • → Neither was Kate Winslet, Jessica Simpson, or Nicole Richie. The ‘90s/’00s were just a f*cked up time.

  • → Shrinking yourself never filled the hole. Spoiler: it never will.

  • → You can want abs and still treat yourself with respect. Wild, I know.

  • → Diet culture is just a billion-dollar scam built on your shame.

  • → That nasty little voice in your head? It’s a liar. We’ll teach it new lines.

  • → Dressing for the body you have now is not “settling” — it’s called sanity.

  • → Mirrors don’t get the final word on your self-worth.

  • → Respecting your body actually makes it easier to take care of it (and no, that’s not toxic positivity).

  • → You deserve intimacy without running a body-hate monologue in your head the whole time.

  • → Freedom isn’t waiting to be “perfect” — it’s realizing perfect was never the assignment.

Meet The Therapist

Hey, I’m Zoë — therapist with a Ph.D., more tattoos than I can count, and a strong belief that there are very few things that crispy Diet Coke can’t fix.

I’ve been there: anxious since birth, tangled up in body image crap, and gutted by grief after losing my mom.

I don’t hide behind jargon or fake smiles. With me, therapy feels like talking to your unhinged best friend — except I’ve got the education, tools, and compassion to actually help you shift.
