I specialize in helping people who are done white-knuckling their way through anxiety, body shame, and grief. I’ll sit in the mess with you, and we’ll sort it out, together.

My PhD research was on women’s relationships with their bodies, and my own life has given me a front-row seat to what it’s like to wrestle with anxiety and loss. I bring over a decade of experience in the practice, plus a deeply human passion for my clients and my work.

My clients say working with me feels a little like talking to their unhinged best friend — except I actually have a PhD, license, and tools that help.

They feel totally comfortable opening up because I bring humor, honesty, and zero judgment into the room.

They tell me I’m great at pulling out metaphors and reframes that make their struggles feel more manageable. And yeah, I’ll hype them up like a cheerleader, but I’m not afraid to call them on their bullsh*t when it helps them grow.
